WEBSITE PURPOSE
This website has been developed to assist vendors and others research payments
processed by the State of Rhode Island.

PO Payment Search - Search for payment status of valid State
of Rhode Island Purchase Orders.

ACH Payment Search - Search for details of electronic
payments to Cities and Towns as well as Vendors doing business with the State
of Rhode Island.

Check Payment Search - Search for payment detail for
checks. Expands on check stub information and is helpful when one check
is issued to cover multiple invoices for multiple purchase orders and multiple
customer agencies.

| Each type of query can be
accessed by clicking on the appropriate selection on the left side of the
website. |
| Although each query functions
differently and provides different information, each query screen provides both
an on-line short report and a more detailed printable report. Both the ACH and
PO Payment queries can be downloaded easily as Excel spreadsheets.

| Once one valid Purchase Order
has been entered, RIPAY will provide a list of all valid purchase orders for
that vendor which will link to the appropriate payment information for each of
the other purchase orders. |

Search results can be viewed and saved in Excel within
the Internet Explorer or the Excel application itself. |
